SkillProvenance Scan provides software-assisted review of agent skills, repositories, SKILL.md files, permissions, and upgrade diffs. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the website, checkout, support, and scan workflows.
Information we process
We may process account and contact information you provide, billing metadata returned by NOWPayments, website analytics events, support messages, uploaded skill files, GitHub URLs, scan results, allowlist records, and technical logs needed to operate the service. Do not upload secrets, passwords, private keys, regulated data, or files you do not have authority to review.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, create scan outputs, maintain security, process payment status, respond to support, prevent abuse, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by NOWPayments. We receive limited transaction metadata such as order status, amount, currency, and invoice identifiers. We do not receive or store wallet private keys or payment credentials.
Scan content
Scan content is used to provide requested analysis and related reports. Enterprise customers should use contractual controls if they require custom retention, deletion, or data processing terms. We may reject or remove content that appears unlawful, abusive, or outside the permitted use of the service.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a lightweight SaaS service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with law, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
International use
The service may be accessed from multiple regions. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions different from your location, subject to applicable law and provider infrastructure.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or support with privacy questions. Some records may be retained where necessary for payment, legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
